Administrative reminders from the Convention Office

PAROCHIAL REPORTS are due annually on March 1. The online portal to file the 2025 Parochial Report is now closed. If you were not able to file your report online before the portal closed, please complete a PDF form and then upload a copy here that includes a completed signature page prior to May 1.

INFORMES PARROQUIALES deben entregarse anualmente antes del 1 de marzo. Se ha cerrado el portal en línea para presentar el Informe Parroquial 2025. Si no pudo presentar su informe en línea antes de que cerrara el portal, por favor complete un formulario en PDF y luego suba una copia aquí que incluya una página de firma completa antes del 1 de Mayo.
