The Kaleidoscope Collective

Join with others who are undergoing the process of community transformation

Basic Membership:

The basic membership fee is between $600–$1,200 per year. (The reason for the variable fee is that we want to be sensitive to the varying financial resource availability of different groups.) This fee will entitle your organization to:

  • The monthly newsletters. Your organization will have the right to make copies of the newsletter to be distributed to your members.
  • 10 hours of consultation/coaching via telephone and internet with a Kaleidoscope Associate. You can use these hours to plan and design events and workshops for your organization, and one-on-one coaching.
  • One scholarship per year for the basic two courses of the Kaleidoscope Summer or Winter Training Institute. (This does not include travel or room and board.)

On-site Training/Consulting

If this relationship needs an on-site training or consultation that requires the presence of a KI Associate, your organization will enjoy the discount cost of $800–1,200 per 8-hour day per Associate. (Our regular fee schedule is $1,200–2,000 per 8-hour day). This rate does not include travel and lodging for the KI Associate. Your organization can share the cost of on-site training events with other KI collective members in your area. If the training program is a standard KI program, KI reserves the right to open the event to outside participants who will be charged at the regular KI rate.

Our long-term hope is that local leadership will take up the training responsibilities eventually within three years of this relationship and from that point on, KI will serve as a distance coaching/consulting body through the 10 consulting hours that are part of the basic membership.

Use of KI material

In the event that your organization will be using KI material for your own training programs facilitated by leaders of your organization, we can negotiate this relationship in a number of creative ways:
An annual licensing fee to be determined based on the material to be used. KI has the right to inspect the material to make sure they are up to the KI standards.

Purchasing existing printed material from KI (Eric’s books, training module workbooks/handouts, Photolanguage, etc.) This option is helpful to organization that already has a budget for purchasing material.

We can also explore having KI create special workshop material based on the specific needs of your organization. Once the material is created, we can negotiate the financial arrangement using one of the above options.

If your organization wants to explore entering into this kind of relationship with us, please contact us at kscopeinstitute@aol.com and we can discuss your specific needs and how this relationship might work to support the ministry of your organization.
