A message from the Committee on Arrangements of Convention

Thank you for submitting your evaluations of the 2007 Diocesan Convention. The comments were most helpful in planning for the 2008 Convention, and many of the suggestions will be incorporated.

Some comments were of particular interest, and we are taking this opportunity to address some of the concerns raised in the evaluations. A complete report and the percentage breakdowns (for your information) are available here.

Thank you all very much for your thoughts and concerns, and for the accolades we received, as well. Some of the ideas will be incorporated in the 2008 and 2009 Diocesan Conventions, and some may be used in later years. Some ideas, however, are not feasible or possible to attain, but please know we heard your suggestions, comments, and concerns, and we appreciate the time you spent making these offerings.
